Complimentary Developmental Assessment

AZOPT Kid’s Place is committed to providing the highest quality therapy services to children ages 0 to 15 years.  Since 2008, AZOPT has provided Pediatric Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy to West Valley kids.  Our pediatric staff has more than 30 years of combined experience working exclusively with the pediatric population.  We have successfully treated children in a variety of settings – NICU, early intervention, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and schools.

With a facility dedicated exclusively to pediatrics, patients and families feel right at home.  Our office is equipped to treat developmental, neurologic, and orthopedic diagnoses.  We offer private treatment rooms and a large gym area to meet each child’s individual needs.  Our therapists also have use of specialized equipment including a pediatric treadmill, a partial weight-bearing gait device, electrical stimulation, specific feeding equipment, and many sensory products.

Our highly trained pediatric therapists have experience in a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological diagnoses and are able to treat:

If you are concerned with the overall development of your child, contact Kid’s Place for a Complimentary Developmental Assessment.

Your complimentary developmental assessment is a 15 - 30 minute exam performed by a licensed physical, occupational, or speech therapist to assess developmental concerns with respect to gross motor, fine motor, or speech.  Based on these results, our therapists will make recommendations for your next steps, which may include following up with a medical doctor.  Additionally, you may be shown simple exercises for the home to improve physical development.
