Not sure if  physical therapy is right for you?  Is pain keeping you from your favorite activity?  Our Goodyear and Scottsdale locations are now offerring free 15 minute injury assessments. 

• See a licensed PT.
• Find out what type of medical care may be indicated for your injury.
• Get recommendations on how to best treat your injury including simple things you can do at home.
• Available in Goodyear on Tuesdays from 8:00-9:00 am and 1:00-2:00 pm or by appointment
• Available in Scottsdale on Mondays from 8:00-9:00 am and 12:00-1:00 pm or by appointment
