Your Complimentary Injury Screening is a 15 minute exam performed by a licensed physical therapist to assess your strength, range of motion, and flexibility. Based on these results, our therapists will make recommendations for your next steps, which may include following up with a medical doctor. Additionally, you may be shown stretches or exercises to help manage your current symptoms and be educated on how to properly care for your condition.
AZOPT also understands the importance of preventing injuries before they happen. Our Complimentary Performance Screens are beneficial to those wishing to improve their physical performance and avoid injury. Our licensed physical therapists can help identify areas of imbalance, tightness, and/or weakness that may cause injuries during sports or daily activities.
