Arizona Orthopedic Physical Therapy and AZOPT Kids Place are hosting a  2011 NCAA Tournament Bracket challenge.

 Each office may submit 2 brackets

All brackets must be entered or received by Thursday March 17th, 9 AM

You may enter your brackets online at Yahoo.com or fax a copy of your bracket to 623-242-6909 GOODYEAR or 480-661-1125 SCOTTSDALE

All winners will be posted on our website.  Check periodically for updates.

The winning teams will receive lunch for their office.

Prizes will also be given for last place, and picking the biggest upset in the first round.

Directions for entering brackets online will be sent to your office on Monday March 14th, or call to have one faxed.
